I was having some serious tendinitis issues in my elbow and nothing was helping. Minna did a sound therapy session, focusing on my elbow, and two days later I was no longer wearing an elbow brace nor having any pain issues. One session is all it took. The result wasn't immediate like some expect, as the pain was gone that day but did return the following morning but significantly better than it had been. The next morning, barely any issues, just to be followed by no pain or tension since the session the following morning. I didn't change anything about what I was doing, and my job is very strenuous on my elbow with a lot of repetitive motion due to the nature of being a chef. I would absolutely come to Minna for another sound therapy session if any more aches and pains occur elsewhere. 

I did a healing sound bath and reiki meditation with Minna and it was wonderful. I was quite emotional and she moved my energy around in a way that I felt much lighter when our session came to an end. I loved her use of sound bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. Very relaxing environment in her home and definitely recommend seeing her if you are feeling blocked or in need of an alternative modality of healing. 

Extremely relaxing and helpful. Minna is very informative about the healing process and techniques used to improve ones over all well being. She clearly wants to help people live a happier, healthier pain free life... without adding chemicals to your body. Roughly 5 years after having an epidural I began having back pain every time I would stand in a reaching position or stood still for periods of time. After a few sessions with Minna, I'm no longer suffering with that back pain.
